Teaching mythology, Greek tragedy, Roman and Greek civilization, and Latin and Greek (2005-present)

As a volunteer, I ran the website (classicsmn.org) for the Classical Association of Minnesota, whose mission statement is "to promote the study of both the classical languages and other aspects of Greco-Roman antiquity in the schools, colleges, and universities of the region and, through an active organization of teachers, to help students of the Classics obtain the maximum benefit from their studies."

Copy edited stories sent to us from client TV stations for internet publication, and on nights/weekends, maintained the wire by posting national/international news stories to client TV stations' web pages.

Worked as a reporter covering city government, crime and courts; promoted to editorial page editor in 2001; from 2003-2005, copy edited while maintaining my weekly column after a return to school full-time.
