Mincom was a Brisbane Australian headquartered enterprise software company focused on the global energy resource, utility, transportation, and defense sectors. Oversaw launch of electric transit focused software marketing programs and growth in the global utility vertical. Launched VIP customer program with NFL QB Boomer Esiason to benefit cystic fibrosis foundation research. Mincom was acquired by ABB in 2011 and it was subsequently rolled up into the ABB 2020 joint venture, now Hitachi Energy.

Led corporate marketing team of Warburg Pincus backed enterprise software company culminating in IPO S-1 filing and subsequent $280 Million sale to San Francisco based Indus Group forming Indus International. Indus was named a Gartner leader in the newly created category of enterprise asset management (EAM) software. Post merger Indus led market segments including global utilities, nuclear EAM, public sector transportation, process manufacturing, consumer packaged goods (Oracle CPG best of breed suite).

Scholarship NROTC Midshipman later frocked LT/O3 Surface Warfare Officer (SWO) onboard USS CHANDLER 🇺🇸DDG-996, formerly Iranian 🇮🇷Andushirvan, and now active 2023 as Taiwan Destroyer Makung. Deployed for two tours in the Persian Gulf in 91 and 93 with support of Somalia operations as ordnance, electrical and auxiliary engineering division officer. Naval training including electrical systems, electronic warfare/RF engineering, cryptography/intelligence. Ship USN History: Following the installation of the New Threat Upgrade at Todd Shipyard in Seattle 1990 and a year work ups Chandler deployed in October 1991 to the Arabian Gulf in support of Operation Desert Storm. While in theater, Chandler conducted a record 14 transits of the Strait of Hormuz 🇴🇲 while escorting U. S. and allied shipping. Additionally, Chandler coordinated and participated in the first bilateral exercise with the Kuwaiti 🇰🇼Navy. Won Battle E.Chandler's next deployment began in July of 1993. Primarily operating as picket ship for the Abraham Lincoln (CVN 72) battle group in support of operation southern watch, Chandler provided air defense for friendly forces in the Arabian Gulf and controlled CAP aircraft enforcing the "no-fly zone" over southern Iraq. In response to contingency tasking in October 1993, Chandler, in company with Abraham Lincoln, conducted a no-notice thirty-knot (felt faster to me) transit directly from the northern Arabian Gulf to Somalia 🇸🇴 Operating within visual range of the Mogadishu airport for nearly a month, Chandler and its embarked air controllers provided sole air traffic separation services in Somalia for humanitarian flights that were bringing supplies for the U. S. & U. N. forces ashore. Chandler finished the deployment in the Arabian 🇦🇪 Gulf, supporting 🇺🇳U. N. sanctions against Iraq. Chandler was the first U. S. ship in history to successfully conduct maritime intercepts and vessel boardings off the coast of Iraq. 🇮🇶
