During my time in this role, I developed a new pricing strategy that enhanced the company’s gross margin and scaled the sales organization to position the business to achieve 39% growth in 2021. One of the critical initiatives I led was to develop the capacity sales team and define a new revenue target of $7M. Previously, I was with Solera, where I held multiple positions of increasing accountability and scope, ultimately serving as vice president of service, parts, and e-commerce. I grew revenue by more than $15M in this critical role and delivered another $1.2M in incremental revenue by leveraging market and customer research.
