Lead RFP process and vendor selection, negotiation of contract resource rates and project duration.• Developed the capabilities required to support a Global Application Development, Security and Basis engineering team to harmonize standards & capabilities across multiple continent based systems, all while leverage the Agile and DevOps culture, to extend Mohawk’s Digital transformation strategy.• Led the strategy surrounding Intelligent Automation for extending key digital enablers such as Machine Learning, Robotics Process Automation, using SAP’s API hub and Analytics Cloud solutions. -

The strategy included indirect/direct integration to SAP and non-SAP supporting systems (SuccessFactors, Concur, JDE, Red Prairie WMS, Logility TM, Demantra, etc.) spanning all core business functions from manufacturing to point of sale at over 360 Design centers nationwide. • Established Internal CoE Leadership / Delivery team to support upcoming and future acquisitions across the globe, leveraging key solution partners spanning multiple time zones for continuity.• Successfully migrated 3 core ERP systems in North America and Europe from core SAP ECC to Suite on Hana, including a consolidated SAP BW platform on HANA Database.• Overall IS ownership and direct alignment with Global CFO, for shared services solutions spanning Corporate Consolidation and Reporting, Reconciliation, Treasury, Real estate Management, and Tax (e.g. Hyperion, Blackline, Costar, Kyriba, Vertex, etc.…). • Developed and Implemented a Central Finance (CFIN) proof of concept, to harmonize Mohawk’s Global financial forecast, Planning and consolidation on SAP. Including SAP Emergency Access Management to overcome audit deficiencies for complex Mitigation rules, for business functions that share overlapping job functions. -
