• Overall leadership responsibility for Mohawk’s Global ERP transformation strategy across 36 countries, leveraging existing SAP investments in Cloud and On-Premise solutions. The key focus of this transformation was to establish a Digital Core that enables rapid access to key business data using SAP’s latest S/4 HANA in memory platform. • Successfully lead Financial simplification project from Mohawk’s aging legacy finance systems to the state-of-the-art SAP S/4 HANA in memory platform. The upgrade was delivered in less than 6 months, and delivered out of the box real-time data access to key finance data that was previously stored in siloed business warehouses, and reduced overall operating cost by more than 35% (reduction of Headcount and legacy system Licensing)• Delivered Plant maintenance solution across 90 Manufacturing, DC/RDC’s with SAP PM, using SAP’s state of the art Fiori UI5 Digital experience. • Established the business case for replacing Mohawk’s aging procurement systems with SAP’s centralized Ariba buying and Invoicing solution, resulting in greater payment accuracy, and a return on investment that covered the cost of the initiative within the first 6 months after go-live. • Global responsibility for integrating a recent acquisition in Australia / NZ to SAP SOH ECC 6.0. Lead RFP process and vendor selection, negotiation of contract resource rates and project duration.• Developed the capabilities required to support a Global Application Development, Security and Basis engineering team to harmonize standards & capabilities across multiple continent based systems, all while leverage the Agile and DevOps culture, to extend Mohawk’s Digital transformation strategy.• Led the strategy surrounding Intelligent Automation for extending key digital enablers such as Machine Learning, Robotics Process Automation, using SAP’s API hub and Analytics Cloud solutions.

• Lead the restructuring of Mohawk’s SAP Centers of Excellences, by establishing Delivery leaders in each geography to acquire key talent to support the oversight and governance of strategic implementation partners.• Lead the overall end to end strategy/delivery for converting a $2.5B USD Ceramic business (Dal-Tile) to SAP within 18 months. The strategy included indirect/direct integration to SAP and non-SAP supporting systems (SuccessFactors, Concur, JDE, Red Prairie WMS, Logility TM, Demantra, etc.) spanning all core business functions from manufacturing to point of sale at over 360 Design centers nationwide. • Established Internal CoE Leadership / Delivery team to support upcoming and future acquisitions across the globe, leveraging key solution partners spanning multiple time zones for continuity.• Successfully migrated 3 core ERP systems in North America and Europe from core SAP ECC to Suite on Hana, including a consolidated SAP BW platform on HANA Database.• Overall IS ownership and direct alignment with Global CFO, for shared services solutions spanning Corporate Consolidation and Reporting, Reconciliation, Treasury, Real estate Management, and Tax (e.g. Hyperion, Blackline, Costar, Kyriba, Vertex, etc.…). • Developed and Implemented a Central Finance (CFIN) proof of concept, to harmonize Mohawk’s Global financial forecast, Planning and consolidation on SAP. The end state solution makes use of the embedded SAP BPC (Business Process Consolidation) solution, which will eventually replace Hyperion Financial Management, as well as, Kyriba treasury management for SAP and non-SAP systems alike. • Successfully implemented SAP GRC (Global Risk and Compliance) in parallel with Greenfield deployments of SAP. Including SAP Emergency Access Management to overcome audit deficiencies for complex Mitigation rules, for business functions that share overlapping job functions.

Overall responsibility for SAP Global Technology solution for The Home Depot and its Canadian subsidiary. Technology solutions include Application Development & Integration, Mobility, Analytics, Basis/DBA Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Change Management. Primary Point of Contact for all planning, estimating and overall coordination of third party vendor contracts, in support of SAP solutions. Direct P&L responsibility for Home Depot Canada subsidiary, with annual revenues of $8M USD. Works closely with senior leadership and key customer segments to prioritize strategic initiatives, build trust, and drive results. Currently leading 3 year roadmap for legacy systems migration to SAP HANA platform, including, BW, Suite and Customer Activity Repository (CAR) on HANA.

Led technical teams supporting SAP Retail implementation across 180 Canadian stores. Responsible for all aspects of application delivery and infrastructure technology contract management following the retail solution rollout, including negotiation, vendor selection, SLA definitions, oversight of 150 resources, post-implementation governance and knowledge transfer. Led design and development of custom solution to address key SOX deficiencies surrounding Gillette’s internal controls. Worked directly with Controller and CFO to establish mitigation control plan, and implemented Virsa’s Compliance Calibrator tool to automate the quarterly segregation of duties reporting.

Purpose of assignment was to establish a global delivery center in order to achieve greater cost efficiency in the areas of application support and delivery.
