• Business Analysis and Project Manager for PICA Group’s new line of insurance business for Ophthalmologists.
• Project Manager and initial developer and UX designer (Ruby on Rails) for Sustainable Harvest’s internal coffee order and shipping application.
• Project Manager and part-time developer for a legal matter management system that eventually became Onit.
• Legal Liaison and HIPAA Compliance Officer

• Perfect Interval designed and developed music instruction software for serious high school and university music students, as well as tools for professors to use in creating their own instructional material.

• Designed and developed a distributed, multi-tiered Digital-Video Security application.
• Coordinated the design and usability testing of a sophisticated graphical user interface for the system.
• Established and enhanced the software development process, including the creation of a Software Quality Assurance group.

• Established the software development process for a team of twenty-eight programmers, graphic artists, and quality assurance personnel.
• Coordinated the design and development of several multimedia CD-ROM and Internet based educational, business, and entertainment applications. Projects generated approximately $2 million in annual revenue.
• Clients included Apple, National Geographic Society (NGS), Charles Schwab, Glaxo, Prentice Hall, and Simon & Schuster.
• Project Manager for a custom sales force application for Simon & Schuster, Inc.
• Developed NGSs’ Kid’s Network: over a million users and 30,000 installations worldwide.

• Designed and developed National Geographic Society's Picture Atlas of the World CD-ROM title.
• Developed the Windows version of two marketing presentation software packages for Apple.
• Technical Lead of Glaxo’s Pharmaceutical Patient Care Cognitive Services Management System. One of five on the team to receive U.S. patent number 5,666,492 for the system, issued on September 9, 1997.
• Cogent Systems, Inc. merged with Software Designs Unlimited, Inc. in 1995.
