Responsible for elevating Raceit's visibility and reputation as a mid-stage start up, leading to the acquisition of Raceit in June 2011. Rapidly secured contracts with major events within 6 months of joining Raceit, resulting in registration collections in excess of $14 million during Q1 and Q2 of 2011 and a net revenue increase of almost 50%. Work closely with Raceit CEO/CTO and developers to analyze business processes, prototype/wireframe solutions, and implement new system features and functionalities in order to make the platform more relevant to major events. Consult with strategic clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. Develop narrated video "walk-throughs" of system features and usage to convey complex system capabilities to prospective clients.

Responsible for nationwide sales and account management as well as event operations, staffing and logistics for the sports division of the nation's largest endurance event photography company. Oversee system/product development and roll-out, product pricing strategies, and direct mail, e-mail, and social media marketing campaigns. Work closely with CEO, CTO and development team to evolve and enhance technology footprint. Develop training programs and processes for 600+ photographers, 25 photo sorters, 8 quality assurance technicians, and 4 event coordinators.

Responsible for the development and management of total sales and marketing strategy for an application service provider specializing in customized web-based management solutions and technology consulting for amateur and youth sports organizations. Negotiated agreements with strategic partners, positioning Demosphere as the most visible and respected company in the industry. Evaluated needs, prepared proposals and delivered interactive presentations to key prospects. Implemented comprehensive tradeshow marketing presence. In addition to marketing and sales responsibilities, was heavily involved with product development and delivery, and customer training and support. Increased Demosphere's gross revenue by more than 70 percent.
