 Led architecture and design to transform MRIoA from paper to digital, enabling the company to scale, improve efficiencies, and become the largest healthcare independent review organization in the nation.- Converted all paper records to digital and created websites for both clients and reviewers to submit and access case information electronically.  Designed and created industry-first client-side web portal (ClientTools™) for electronic case submission, reducing errors and time entry by 50% and increasing client satisfaction.  Designed and built industry-first reviewer web portal (ReviewerTools™) for electronic delivery of cases for review by physician panel. Reduced TAT for cases from 7-10 days to 3-4 days by eliminating paper and slow delivery methods. Increased quality, reduced errors, and improved gross margin 15 points. Secured and maintained HITRUST and SOC II Type 2 certifications. Became certified on the HITRUST framework and led a team of consultants and internal resources to meet all policy and control requirements for certification, maintaining continuous SOC II Type 2 certification since 2014 and HITRUST certification since 2016. Led continuous improvement and LEAN team to identify and develop new case processing solutions and to reduce case processing cycle time, increase case entry capacity, and allow client customization. - Designed and built automation solutions to streamline and fully automate the pharmacy case review process, enabling MRIoA to process 30% more cases while improving margins 20% without increasing headcount.- Designed and created ReportBuilder software that allowed WYSIWYG editor configuration and final report customization by customer, improving NPS ratings, and reducing cycle time for the completion team by 20%. - Designed/created reviewer self-service queues to access and select work from high volume clients, automating the front-end process and reducing cycle time from client submission to reviewer assigned by 80%.

Developed custom software applications using Borland C+ Builder to leverage a newly installed Oracle ERP integrating 34 recently acquired companies in the turf and forage industry. Designed and developed: 1) interactive software to display and report historical sales and inventory position information based on user defined parameters; 2) a document data/image storage and retrieval system for seed test information; 3) Cognos Power Play applications for product margin, GL, AR aging information. Implemented Foresight Technologies lot-blending application.
