With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, I have acquired skills in all aspects of construction management including scheduling, estimating, contract review, subcontractor scope/buyout, submittals, daily operations, safety and contract close-out. My background includes working with a variety of clients covering a wide range of disciplines from civil, structural, mechanical, electrical and architectural in both the private and public sectors. I have a strong reputation for completing jobs on time and within budget and for working effectively with local union tradesmen including Operating Engineers, Pipefitters, Electricians, Carpenters, Millwrights, Pile Drivers, Ironworkers and Laborers. I am adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously and skilled in due diligence, vendor negotiation, scope development, and client management. In addition, I am able to coordinate and act as liaison with design and construction professionals, local and federal officials, clients and senior management.
