I am a qualified health professional with over 25-years experience, and a Founder, Director and Coach at FIT FOR LIFE: Mind Body Soul where I provide guidance in nutritional and naturopathic integrated medicine, fitness, classes and coaching through our unique online programs and personalised services.I have also hosted wellness and detoxification retreats at the award winning Gwinganna Lifestyle Retreat since 2007 where I oversaw every guest (approx. 60 per retreat), from arrival to departure, supporting and educating each on key wellness concepts, and offering holistic support: physically, emotionally and mentally.
