I CONDUCT MULTIPLE WEB BASED TRAINING FOR OUR CLIENT INSTITUTIONS. I COMPILED THE PRESENTATION AND SLIDES FOR THIS TWO HOUR TRAINING PRESENTATION. I HAVE ALSO CREATED A FAQ DOCUMENT THAT IS SENT TO ALL MEMBER INSTITIONS. I REVIEW AND APPROVE DELTEC EMPLOYEE TIME SUBMISSIONS. I REVIEW AND ASSESS THE EMPLOYEE SUCCESS FACTORS AND CONDUCT THE MID-YEAR AND END OF YEAR FACE TO FACE REVIEWS.IN THIS JOB, I HAVE LEARNED MANY NEW SKILLS AND HAVE GROWN IN MY KNOWLEDGE OF THE BANKING INDUSTRY.

Responsibilities Included:* Deposit side compliance; hiring; employee training; Chairman of the IT Security Team; on the ALCO Committee; I set up and am in charge of our Overdraft Protection Program, Fresh Start Program, Generations Gold Plan, Visa Debit Card Program, Verified by Visa Program, Internet Banking Program, Bank Implementation of Check 21 and preparing for Endpoint Exchange, Acom check printing system, AFS Imaging System & Conversion to FPS Gold Core Processor. I was in charge of opening a branch office at an in-store location, which included taking a new team of six employees, training them and staying with them from open to close each day until the office manager was comfortable enough to take over. I ordered funds from the FRB, file SARs, review check kiting reports, auditor reports, and various security reports. I handled accounts overdrawn over 20 consecutive including the charge off procedures. I review the large dollar items, all Reg CC customer notices and Notice of Action Taken forms and all new account packets for CIP and Patriot Act compliance. I developed new forms and procedures; keep all offices informed of changes to Regs, laws, policies and procedures. I handled BSA training and any CTR questions. I audited operations and deposit regulation compliance on a daily basis. I set up training schedules for out-sourced training seminars. Developed and implemented new products and services, including setting them up on the computer system and developing the Truth In Savings Disclosures and disclosure packet that will print on our platform system. I headed up the operations Disaster Recovery Team and head up our yearly disaster recovery test. I set up and review edemployee security on our core system and allocate security levels depending on job description. I was in charge of answering to all auditors and examiners on any deposit side operation item.
