I have a broad background of Administrative and Customer Service experience. I worked for the U.S. Government for twelve years in an administrative role. I had a variety of functions such as payroll, data entry, accounts payable, logistics, project management assistance, scheduling, and clerical support. In addition to this I worked for a CPA providing administrative support and Terminix International where I was the accounts payable clerk and a customer service representative. In more recent years I have been doing call center work which was all customer focused with data entry. Due to my diverse background, it is hard to meet company requirements as I am not certified or focused in any specific type of position and did not hold a specific title relevant to the tasks I performed. I am hoping to change this by taking some courses on Udemy however, I am willing to obtain accredited certifications for a company who sees my value. I also have had side and in between job jobs in retail, and hospitality. Since Covid I have mainly worked remotely but I am willing to work onsite for a position within a reasonable location. The Industries I would like to work for would be accounting, Event Planning/Entertainment, Medical, Retail, Legal, or Education. However, I am open to other fields. I am seeking Part-time work to have a balanced work and home life, but I can be somewhat flexible and work extra hours occasionally and I expect to do full time work again in the near future.
