As a key part of the Digital Marketing team, the areas which I managed included Content Creation for Social Media Campaigns. I managed and updated all Social Media profiles for the Group, which consists of 8 profiles across platforms, as well as creating Strategic Paid Social Media Advertising Campaigns. I worked closely with our Advertising Agency to create engaging content aimed at elevating the Paid Social Media Campaigns. I also worked closely with our PR Agency to source new opportunities for growth including working with relevant social influencers, as well as working with local tourism organisations to support initiatives designed to generate more tourism within Northern Ireland. I worked with the Reservations Team to monitor availability andcreate strategies to resolve gaps, this involved creating engaging e-zine’s branded to each individual Hotel and scheduling these at strategic times to ensure optimum conversions. I also manage the monthly Digital Marketing Forum 'Digi-talk', by networking to encourage newmembership, sourcing speakers for the annual line up and organising the monthly events. In order to generate fresh content, I have managed photoshoots and video shoots on site at the Hotels, ensuring the content is up to the high standards of the Hastings Hotels brand.

This involved regular updates to the CMS website, producing clear and concise reports using various statistical tools such as Google Analytics. In this role I managed the Estates Marketing Portfolio. I assisted in the management of the Estate’s Social Media presence, through the use of engaging graphics and videos. I aided in expediting a rebrand of their website, which I continue to maintain.
