Management of the Company’s relationship with the NSX.The provision of technical advice and ensuring the application of:- The Franchise Agreement- The Constitution of the Company- The LVFM Listing Rules• Assists the CEO to manage the Lease renewals for each premises.• Preparation of the Annual Report.• Management of the formal requirements of the Annual General Meeting.• Maintenance of specific hardcopy documents (Franchise Agreement, Leases, etc)Corporate GovernanceThe Company Secretary provides:- Advice and assistance to the Audit & Governance Committee regarding the review and updating of formal Company Policies.- Advice and guidance to the Chair to improve the dissemination of information prior to meetings and for the improvement of the conduct of those meetings.- Supervision of Governance Reporting in accordance with the Corporations Act and the NSX Listing Rules.
