• Monitor staff’s telephone calls and volumes to provide consistent constructive feedback to staff.
• Conduct monthly team meetings to provide the staff with updates regarding workflow changes and performance awareness.
• Work with other departments, Agency staff and management to handle escalated complaints and seek training opportunities for the staff.
• Run daily/weekly/monthly report to monitor staff’s performance.
• Create and complete test plans for system upgrades.

• Plan, monitor, and initiate training programs for the team by conducting/overseeing all New Hire training classes.
• Plan and administer training programs for other departments within Individual Life.
• Create and update training material and communication to inform the staff of workflow procedures.
• Provide technical support to the staff and submit add/remove requests for system access.
