About Donna Biggar

I am currently a Municipal councillor for Wheatland County. I sit on six boards, Municipal Planning, Wheatland Economic Board, Canadian Badlands, Chamber of Commerce, Wheatland Ambulance , and Wheatland Family Services. Former General/Operational Manager at Aspen Crossing.I previously managed a tourist destination that includes a restaurant, gift store, campground and greenhouse. I am also a greenhouse grower and an events coordinator.Through my work in agriculture, small business and tourism I’ve acquired many skills. Some of my strongest abilities include communication, development, as well as agriculture and community sustainability. Let’s make this great community even better!
