Focusing on Capital Market Investor Reporting. Responsible for the BLT Securitization reporting process. This includes daily cash, monthly investor reporting, reconciliations, corresponding with rating agencies and coordinating the annual USAP audit. Quarterly FAS107 reporting, portfolio analysis around defaults and prepayments, Vendor/payee approvals, quarterly disbursement approval audits, rate lock monitoring and various special projects.
