I managed a team of Artists and interns supervising their productivity, professionalism and growth. Our studio was known island wide among locals and travelers alike for having the best reputation and providing a one of a kind experience for its customers. Given the success of this studio we decided to open one in San Francisco, California and one in Bend, Oregon.I manage each of these locations and their Artists same as Kauai. In order to guarantee continuity between locations I assisted in the development of a software that is user friendly and speaks directly to our accounting software. The software is usable on any mobile device. It starts with collecting the client information, applies it to each individual release form for every project and wraps up by taking pictures of the project completed and billing for that project. This information is all automatically sent to our accounting software. Along side the accounting and Artist management of each location I manage our clients. Getting to know each of our clients and navigating their needs has been key in maintaining a 5 star reputation at each of our locations. Anticipating a client's idea and helping them see it come to fruition is very satisfying. -
