responsible for overseeing the Technology department in the operation of the central data processing system of the school and for providing expertise to insure the successful operation of the school’s computer, data, telecommunications, security, network and e-mail systems. directs the daily operations of the IT technicians, software licensing, inventories, backups, antivirus software,and other technical related activities as necessary. Works cooperatively with school administrators and staff to insure that appropriate services are available.

Customer Support to over 500+ users and desktop/laptop computers, provided educational support with instruction on application and network use, installed new hardware, trouble shoot existing hardware and instructed on use of hardware and software, worked out of a help desk ticket system supporting uses with all technology needs.
