Individually created dual enrollment curriculum focusing on blending English IV with University of Louisiana, Lafayette's Introductory Composition class, the first ever at this school. Designed entire curriculum for state-mandated course, Technological Writing, that replaces English IV for Jumpstart seniors, utilizing real world situations and bringing in guests who work in the industries students can gain certification in during vocational training. Supplement state assigned curriculum for English IV, English III, English II, and Publications with enriching information. Finalist for 2018 and 2021 Teacher of the Year, based on student achievement scores.

Created and designed various online writing course curriculum at all levels for adult learners. Utilized JCampus, Google Classroom, Blackboard, Moodle, Sakai, Live Text, also incorporating Pronto, Elluminate, Respondus and other learning management tools. While at CSU, I served as the Computer Lab Coordinator for the English Department, dealing with schedules, personnel issues, and budgets. I wrote manuals for students and faculty specialized for programs in use.

Facilitated custom sessions for end users in the K-12 education market on Follett's Destiny library and textbook management software. After communicating with clients, I assessed their needs at the school and district level, making the trainings individualized for optimum utilization. Consulted on best practices as junior project manager with major library cataloging and textbook barcoding projects for Detroit, Milwaukee, Minneapolis, and New Orleans Recovery school districts. WebCT, Live Meeting, and WebEx have been utilized in my trainings.

Teaching Assistant, then a visiting professor, in the English Department, teaching developmental and freshman writing courses, as well as tutoring and evaluating work for the purposes of promotion.
