Sadona Salon + Spa is a full service salon and day spa located in the heart of historic downtown Annapolis, Maryland. As Owner and Creative Director of Sadona Salon + Spa I am responsible for Sadona's current day-to-day operations.My role comprises of (but not limited to):+Creating and implementing Sadona’s business plan + budget+Conducting recruitment and ongoing education training (currently leading a team of 14 employees)+Effectively manage the day-to-day finances of Sadona, vendor negotiations and contracts.+Plan and forecast with intended goals on short and long term basis+Design Sadona's marketing plan and effectively implementing on a daily basis, portraying products and services to the right audience through the creation of advertising campaigns+Communicate with media partners to ensure Sadona's message is accurately displayed on a regular basis.+Managing an array of projects from short-term marketing plans and events to long-term operation plans. Sadona Salon + Spa was developed to convey a fresh new concept of beauty, balance and vitality. Here at our forward thinking studio, we blend salon, spa and well-being. It is through this coming together of ideals and practices that we as gifted experts can positively affect our guests.
