Preparing correspondence for the General Manager and Senior Management team.Scheduling appointments and liaising with clients.Administer insurance claims, including liaising with Loss Adjusters.Administer leases in relation to Tyco properties.Lodge bonds with Westpac Trust Banking Corporation.Manage and maintain the security system for the Auckland office.Arrange domestic and international travel for Senior Management.

Create and prepare contract tenders and proposals, working under to strict deadlines.Overseeing the main contract invoicing for both sprinkler and fire alarm departments on a monthly basis.Preparation of legal documentation.
