My Human Resources experience includes roles like Chief People Officer for major private equity companies in the retail and hospitality sectors, as well as Director of Talent Management and Talent Acquisition for the most prominent global professional services firms including Marsh McLennan, Willis Towers Watson and Aon.Additionally, I served as a Human Resources/Talent Acquisition Consultant for Bridgewater Associates, the largest hedge fund in the world. I graduated from Villanova with a Bachelors in Psychology with subsequent studies at Columbia University, these experiences helped give me the unique ability and the experience to mentor executives through their career paths.
