I am excited to be a part of a new cutting edge Real Estate Company in Meridian at the Village.My office is in Riggins, Idaho. However, I serve my Buyers and Selles where ever I am needed in Idaho. My main focus is from Kamia, South to Riggins, New Meadows, Council, Mc Call, Donnelly, Cascade. I love working with Buyers and Sellers in our rural area where Ranches, land and mountain homes are my specialty. My goal and passion is to help my Buyers and Sellers find the right property for them and to make their purchase a smooth and enjoyable experience.My office is 623 S. Main st in Riggins across from the Two Rivers Coffee Roaster and next door to the south from the cozy Riggins Motel. My large red sign framed with logs in my front yard is the same as my business card, showing that I love fishing in our rivers and lakes. Fishing, showing mountain property on my ATV and exploring new areas are a few of my richest blessings. I am so blessed to live here on the Mighty Salmon River and the mountains of Idaho.I would love to have you stop by my office when you are in town and say Hi! There are a lot of people who come and spend the night in Riggins and fall in love with it and decide to purchase their dream property in our warm climate. Our elevation is 1,800. ft elevation here on the river and the mountains can jet up to 4,800 ft and more. In the spring, McCall and Grangeville will still have snow and we will be picking wildflowers! How great is that? Snow ski in McCall or Tamarack and come down to Riggins to picnic on the same day!!
