(2 days a week as a secondment from the Volunteer Coordinator role). I manage the My Wild AdventureProject. Tasks include working with contractors to create a new family play trail, communicating with stakeholders and project funders including EAFRD. As well as manage the project budget, oversee risk management and coordinate media relations. As part of the project, I am creating 10 webpages to inform visitors about each sculpture along the trail.As a Project Officer, I am trialling the Trust's new Project Management Framework and heading up my team’s transition from the old framework to the new one. I am also supporting data analysis for a citizen action project, including website data analysis, and using GIS tools to create maps to display community empowerment across Gloucestershire. I have been using my R and Excel skills to clean data and created an evaluation and monitoring database for my team.

My role involves managing over 500 volunteers, writing, and implementing volunteer policies and strategies, recruiting and inducting new volunteers to over 40 different volunteer roles, including coordinating volunteers to collect evidence to support landscape scale conservation andsupport nature's recovery.I manage a CRM database of volunteer records and using this I report quarterly on volunteernumbers and hours. Writing annual reports on volunteering including Volunteer Investment and ValueAudit (VIVA).I develop training documents, videos 1:1 training for staff to support volunteers and to train volunteers in their various roles. Write volunteer handbooks, volunteer role descriptions, run forums, conferences, write a monthly newsletter and maintaining volunteer guidance documents.For 7 years I have run an external project, managing a team of volunteers to create and maintaina willow maze at Sudeley Castle. In return GWT receives a proportion of tickets sold, on average this isover £20,000 a year.

Event Administrator (part time)- coordinated the running of over 100 events and courses.Managing event dates to prevent clashes, ensuring events met project targets and coordinated thepublication and promotion of all events and courses. This included editing websites, using socialmedia platforms, contacting external media sources such as Radio Gloucester to promote events. I created an events leaflet that had a readership base of over 27,000.
