As a Medical Receptionist, I am the first person a patient would see coming in, I answer the phone, book appointments, direct bill to EHC companies, take payments with debit/credit cards, make patient files, respond in a timely manner to emails, clean and prepare patient offices for the doctors, keep doctors and massage therapists informed of any new information, open and close the office, check mail, other administrative duties as required.
