With a strong foundation in agile methodologies, I act as both a Scrum Master and Product Manager, ensuring smooth project execution and team alignment.My career spans over two decades in operations management, change management, communication strategy, and leadership, including key roles in military and technical operations. This breadth of experience allows me to adapt to various roles and environments, but my focus always remains on creating high-performing teams and fostering a culture of trust and innovation.As a Trustee for the Charity IT Association (CITA), I lead a mentoring scheme pairing military personnel with IT industry experts, to support charities across the UK with their IT needs. This helps the military transition their skills and broaden their career horizons whilst showcasing their skills and experience to both industry and the charity sector.
