In this role I am involved in all aspects of marketing for all product lines. Including online advertising campaigns SEO, SEM, PPC, Print and Television.Other key responsibilities included: budget co-ordination, development and implementation for all web content, promotions, internal and external customer communications, managing partner programs and collateral development and support.

In this role I assisted in the development and implementation of all residential advertising campaigns. Co-ordinating and managing the Marketing Budget. Managing Website and Print content development, online lead generation programs, developing promotions and offers, creation and distribution of all internal and external customer communications, collateral development and support.

In this role I worked directly with the National Sales Manager, Account managers and sales staff. Managing company sales and performance reporting. Collating team performance and weekly summary reports. Assisting in the development and implementation of sales & marketing offers and promotions. Co-ordination of Sales Conferences, staff travel, and workshops. Collating, creating and send channel communications to staff and channel partners.

In 2005 Mobile Innovations changed company direction and moved from a mobile phone provider to a Voice over IP (VoIP) provider. In this role I provided assistance in merging all staff and systems to the new entity and then the development of the Channel Support Team, working with dealer and wholesale partners, providing sales and technical support. I managed a team of 6 staff members, defining the structure, procedures and the teams role within the company.
