• Develop and maintain office forms, procedures and administrative tasks• Follow SOPs and work instructions. Ensure compliance to the Quality System• Lead in the company’s continued effort to improve organization and workplace neatness to attract International business• Perform accurate data entry of each and every transaction• Adhere to & Ensure compliance of Teleflex’s Code of Conduct, all company policies, rules and procedures• Maintain records using an accessible filing system. Process documentation associated with the movement of inventory• Maintain equipment , tools, computers and supplies• Train new and existing departmental employees• Ensure that customers receive orders through the coordination of other departments.• Verify pricing, scheduling, and shipping of customer’s orders. Responsible for data entry as orders are received from customers.• Responsible for analysis of open orders, packing slips, and creation of pick tickets.• Verify inventory of components and serve as customer/supplier contact.• Notify customers when shipments have left.• Contribute to daily scheduling meetings.• Assist in physical inventory as needed.• Work with Accounting Department to resolve invoice discrepancies.• Complete sales forecasting for customers.• Schedule freight to be picked up here and delivered to the customer. If we are responsible for freight, verify and approve freight invoices.
