PillTime is a service, for people who are on repeat prescriptions, designed to help them take the right medicines at the right time, every time.-Initially employed by the parent company Mayberry Pharmacy to promote the product throughout Wales, using my experience in online marketing I had huge success, so a decision was made to scale it up nationally opening an industrial sized Pharmacy in England. -Promoting the product via Social Media my role quickly developed into leading all communication with customers via comments, emails and calls. The main focus being on problem solving under intense pressure as the product contained medication so it was imperative that issues were dealt with quickly. Using language that was easily understood, treating patients with respect and developing rapport helped us to gain a fantastic reputation online.-With no precedent set, as we were the first online pharmacy to provide such service, this often meant developing new systems, to ensure the smooth running of the business.-I played a key part in developing the CRM that would play an essential role in ensuring that prescriptions were processed and delivered on time. Working alongside our Chief Technical Officer to help design and create a user friendly database that worked efficiently from the ground up.-As the business grew we decided to outsource part of the on-boarding of patients to a customer service call centre. Tasked with providing a script and training to staff that was both technically accurate, but also simplistic enough for laymen to understand, the project was rolled out with great success.Feedback online:-“It's a fantastic system much easier to use than blister packs.
