I place great importance on social equity, economic justice and personal integrity.My Doctoral education combined with several decades experience leading complex organizations has given me the appreciation for and skills in research, planning, finance and policy analysis, making me a well-rounded chief executive. In every situation, I rapidly assessed complex issues, identified root causes, and chartered paths forward to ensure program stakeholders received the intended benefits.
