Develop and execute strategic account plans for our largest Fortune 100 prospects by introducing company products as business solutions, and providing account management services within a specific targeted territory.

Develops a sales team of direct reports (primarily MAE & AE) and assists them in career planning. Directs and manages the sales activities and performance of the team. Aligns sales representative’s approach and customer understanding with RICOH's strategic services direction. Drives business results by achieving revenue equipment contribution targets.
