• Assist in the flyer, catalogue and email campaign submittals.• Review emails for the categories and respond the inquiries within a timely manner. These would be related to: price discrepancies, subs on delivery delays, discontinued products• Ensure system information is up to date with respect to dimensions, standard packs and roundby’s are in place with category strategies.• Work on price lists with the DMT department with respect to ensuring the pricing strategy is implemented, all pertinent information is updated such as discontinued products, subs and supersedes, broken pack pricing.• Create masters for the marketing group as well as for requests from our corporate accounts team.• Ensure that subs, supersedes and options are set up in our system in order to provide a clear, clean look to our website. Contact the supplier to get images as well as assist with the development of copy for the various products.• Ensure that rebate programs, return policies and other pertinent information are up to date for each supplier within the categories and ensure that all information is stored in its appropriate location.• Contact suppliers for deviated pricing on a quote opportunity. Review and investigate lost quotes and call reports from the sales team.• Assist with market studies to determine pricing strategies for the category.• Manage rebate programs as to yearly $ values, as well as individual agreements reached with the marketing group.• Manage, track and take action on all invoices and collections follow up of all rebates.• Send email correspondence for contract pricing, to include timelines, customer and products requiring contract pricing.• Set up records in the system for contract pricing, either through straight buy cost records or through backend rebates.• Follow up with sales team to determine if supplier contracts close to expiry require to be renewed. Send letter for renewal of contract pricing to suppliers
