Shortlisting the relevant profiles through initial screening rounds asper the Job Description provided by the Client Companies.6. Salary Negotiation7. Scheduling the further rounds of interview with the Client Companyand keeping regular follow up with the candidate regardinginterview schedule procedure as per the clients availability.8. Keeping a regular check on the Interviews / Shortlisting / Joiningof offered candidates by client companies and making sure thatcandidates join the companies on given date & time.
