To assist as many clients as I can throughout Cornwall to both understand and be as informed as possible about the Products & Services that can be provided to them.I help people to maximise their incomes through benefits entitlement, lowering monthly outgoings and managing their finances.I give help and advice on preparing for winters, with signposting for funding and grants, to updating heating and ensure the heat or 'eat' debate is no more.I organise fundraising and sponsorship events to assist the charity with raising funds to support its vital services.I also aim to work with the other services and departments offered at Age UK Cornwall to make later life both more manageable and enjoying for those that are isolated and vulnerable.Specialties: Travel, Home and Car Insurance. Motor Breakdown, pre-paid funeral plans, wills and legal services, Personal Alarms, Bathing, stair lifts, and many more elements to ensure independence in your own home.Over the last few years I have headed our legacy department at Age UK Cornwall, building its literature and efficiency. Thus, being a prominent charity in the start up of 'Leave a Gift to Cornwall' - a group of Cornish charities who have come together to promote Cornish legacy and gift giving to benefit Cornish charities who actively work within their own communities.
