I worked for H&R Block for 10 years. 3 years as a receptionist and 7 years as an office manager. The last 3 years I managed 2 offices in the district. I dealt with clients, making schedules, filling out daily reports, answering phones, filing, managing the people who worked for me, assisted my district manager, took notes during meetings, used Microsoft Word and Excel, supply orders, and much more.
