I coordinate the schedule for caregivers to provide 24 hour care to adults with developmental disabilities in six homes across Bloomington-Normal.

I answered emergency and non emergency phone lines and obtained the information necessary to dispatch first responders while also providing instructions to the caller. I dispatched police, fire and EMS to calls via a radio system. I kept responding units updated on all new information obtained from a caller when they were en route to the scene. I would often multitask and listen to a dispatch radio while speaking with a caller. I entered warrants into local and national data bases promptly and accurately and kept all local systems up to date with necessary information.

I spoke with customers daily to answer questions specific to their accounts with State Farm Bank along with questions regarding Bankruptcy process and law. I kept records of customers accounts and payments received through bankruptcy courts. I ensured proper legal application of payments received. I collaborated with co workers and management when necessary to ensure Bank customers received an elevated level of customer service. I ran reports and filed documents with the courts upon the customers request. I spoke with counsel for Bank customers to ensure proper legal handling of the customer's account.

I used consumer collections systems to find contact information for State Farm Bank debtors. I assessed the repossession team in locating vehicles up for repossession.
