It was a pleasure to improve performance and build a strong team by working with team members, management and other departments to find inefficiencies and improve overall quality of our documentation. I also lead the team through a challenging structural change as the CRT department was acquired by National Seating & Mobility.

As an instructor this includes teaching kickboxing and resistance bands classes as well as helping students with technique and being able to visualize where assistance and encouragement is needed during class. As a coach, this includes building and leading a team, providing encouragement and support as well as being knowledgeable in assisting each individual on my team with their nutrition and any thing else they needed to be successful. This is the most rewarding and inspirational position I have ever held. Seeing people transform on the outside and the inside is a journey I lived over and over with each passing week.

Supervise and train staff on multiple programs, policies, and procedures as needed. Responsible for many tasks including team leadership, data entry, processing documentation, customer sales, and customer service.
