Responsible for the reporting, reconciliation, and analysis of over $140 million in revenues for University Physicians, a multi-specialty physicians' practice plan. Duties include preparation of financial statements for the University Physicians on-site clinics, monthly reconciliations of the University Physicians clinical accounts, and preparation of monthly data for approximately 600 providers. Other tasks include:Provide and analyze ad hoc financial data as requested by Departments, University Physicians Administration, and other customers.Production of monthly Executive, Finance, and Management Committee reports along with monthly reconciliation of University Physicians' operations accounts, including Reserves account.Calculation and administration of incentive program per Practice Plan guidelines.Reporting and analysis of hospital-based clinics operational profit/(loss).Assist with preparation of annual University Physicians operations budget.Assist with preparation of surveys for professional groups.Monthly billings of contracted parties, ensuring compliance with contract terms and federal reimbursement guidelines, if applicable.Acting as back-up coordinator for the office of University Physicians-Payroll.Audit clinical cash handling procedures as a member of clinical Audit Team.Assist with training of departmental personnel as needed.Assist with other projects within the University as directed.Supervision of staff members as needed.
