I have worked in the education field since 1998. I enjoy all facets of education and focus on helping students develop the critical thinking skills necessary in the 21st century. I also have a strong interest in helping other educators expand strategies to address their students' individual needs. My background includes Social Studies, English, Curriculum Development, and English Language Learners (ELL). I have also been a Dean of Students the past seven years responsible for academic progress, discipline and management of all school athletics and activities.
