I was employed on a temporary basis to “help out for a few months” as a Secretary / PA in 2000 and have been at Fifth Dimension ever since … I worked in an administrative role for Visual Projects controlling the data management for many years. I then trained as a Desktop Publishing Designer at college in the evenings while implementing these new skills during the day creating merchandising guides for major retailers. Due to my keen eye for detail and strong administrative skills, in 2007 I was asked to assist in the merchandising side of the company by project managing a major retailer's ongoing store implementation project, since when I have worked closely with a range of national & international suppliers. I am extremely conscientious and take a meticulous approach to my work. I like to learn the systems, procedures and processes thoroughly to become a subject-matter expert. I am a perfectionist who prefers situations where I can roll up my sleeves and do the work personally, checking details myself to avoid loose ends or unexpected developments. My patience and empathy with customers has allowed me develop effective customer management and successful problem resolution abilities.
