Currently program manager for CRS' data protection program. Formerly a principal organizer of the annual ICT4D Conferences and assisting in communications around ICT4D. Co-nominated for Service Award for FY16 for editing the SDG-ICT Playbook. Previously financial manager for Global Knowledge and Information Department with annual budget of $15 million.

Coordinated the implementation of the agency strategy; led a cross-divisional team of senior staff in conducting a mid-term review that resulted in a profound re-direct of the agency strategy; oversaw the submission of progress reports and reviews by executives; communicated progress on strategy and promoted its adoption. The team I led received the CRS President's Outstanding Achievement Award for 2007.

Oversaw and managed the agency-wide annual planning and budgeting process, including the annual issuance of guidance and forms, review and recommendation of approval to CRS executives of plans from all country offices and domestic departments, and consolidation into the annual operating budget for presentation to CRS' Board of Directors. Prepared a wide range of analyses for executives and senior managers.

Reviewed and recommended to the executives for approval the strategic and annual program plans for all countries in Eurasia region; had significant input into annual updates and revisions to CRS' strategic and annual program planning guidance; managed and fielded cross-divisional teams to 8 countries to conduct program evaluations; contributed as a member of the OPP team to the facilitation and development of CRS policies; created the first system and process for an agency strategy for CRS.
