Managed $3.6 million in sales for the direct shipment of product to over 1000 retail stores. This division was a newly created entity that I adopted in its infancy of 50 stores in 2007 and developed to manage over 1300 stores nationwide. Devised new operating procedures and successful business processes as the division grew. These successful processes were a company benchmark and are now being streamlined into other divisions.Project Manager in the design, development, and testing, of an efficient order entry/shipping solution to process and ship over 80,000 pieces per month. Complex report captured data from multiple sources: Chain store data (inventory/scan sales), Fed Ex, internal transit time, internal plan-o-grams, third party merchandising data, invoicing, sales history, and seasonality reports. This was key to the efficient and accurate processing of over 600 orders per week.Developed solutions to overcome the challenges of the daily transferal of orders and shipment communications between Las Vegas Headquarters and the Houston production/shipping facility. Created customized reports to support sales and track orders for customer service.Performed training and support to nationwide third party merchandising company on in-store product placement. Trained Houston and Las Vegas employees on newly developed order processing procedures.Reduced merchandising expenses by 25% since 9/2010 through a reduction in pre-set scheduled service visits placed by our corporate sales division. Managed daily operations of Executive Suite Office containing forty executive offices and over fifty “virtual offices”. Developed annual $365K operating budget. Evaluated financials and compared variance reports to uphold budget. Formulated decisions and developed strategies to reduce cost and maintain expenses below budget.Provided advice and assistance to senior management in the planning, implementation and evaluation of modifications to existing operations and systems. Controlled all operational costs. Continually developed and promoted new services to increase income.

Manager of all office operations for 1.5 million dollar branch. Responsible for workers compensation claims, INS documentation, letter composition, accounts receivable, accounts payable, purchasing, job costing, contract processing, and payroll. Considered the information resource on the branch computer system, company policies, liability insurance, employee benefits and personnel. Voluntarily assumed expanded responsibilities such as cold calling, job estimating, sales marketing and presentations, trade show set-up and promotion, and the supervision of the Safety Officer in accident reporting and training.
