The success of this project greatly enhanced the client’s ability to manage their working capital and gave them visibility to data for use in analysis and budgeting. o Specifics: The team was tasked with creating user stories, documenting and reengineering the Procure to Pay Process and consolidating PO processing into client’s ERP Microsoft Dynamics GP. Communication with Purchasing and Logistics areas was necessary to coordinate AMOS and MMS PO systems as well as Data uploads from International Freight consolidators. EFTs were deployed for Domestic and Foreign Payments and FX payments risk reviewed and addressed. As part of this project PowerBI was also deployed to enable FP&A to leverage enhanced ERP capabilities merge historical data from many sources for analysis. In addition, I managed the shipboard network upgrade while the ship was in drydock. • Established communication and operations ‘bridge’ between the external Microsoft Dynamics Solution Provider and internal accounting team to resolve longstanding PO tracking challenge created by redundant systems invisible to enterprise ERP.• Managed several large Agile IT Infrastructure Projects totaling $2.5M during drydock for The World, a 12 deck 644ft private residential ship. -
