Life is a journey and I'm so thankful for my mama and aunt who sent me on the path of healthy alternatives! I grew up in a household that didn't even have aspirin in it! On my own, I added into my life many things that disrupted my health. My aunt introduced me to a new way of thinking about health/healing. 35 years ago I made a specific and directional changed to my thinking.Fast forward past using many modalities to 2003, where after a serious accident, a health practitioner introduced me to little bottles of 'liquid gold. My emotional, mental and physical health took such a fabulous turn, that I shared with everyone the things I was doing. This casual sharing turned into an incredible business which developed my skills in teaching, coaching and leadership. The world can only change one person at a time, and that is what I provide with my essential oils and other essential oil based products. 17 years after my introduction and I'm still going strong with sharing these amazing bottles of goodness with anyone who desires grace, ease and flow in their life.
