Provide Admin and end-user support for IBM Content Manager OnDemand(CMOD). Fulfill requests for new document ingestion. Assists in developing new processes to increase ingestion flow. Tech lead for regression testing on client's Y2K project. This involved database modifications and developing test scripts and doc. regression testing results. After Y2K was over, assigned to a new client where I provided Lotus Notes admin support via Help Desk Center for approx. 3K users. After a few months begin Lotus Notes development support for supplier management and production change tracking.

Work on conversion of Transfer and Withdrawals application from BASIC to Speedware and ensured it was Y2K compliant. Developed and Maintained Speedware programs for the Pension division to broaden user interface and enhanced functionality.

Streamlined Product Tracking and Control application to send and receive EDI transactions related to purchase order and shipping information. Also developed production performance reporting tool, automated quality control specification for production manufacturing floor and automated polymer inventory tracking system.

Conducted training session for college students and new employees of the Computer Center. These training sessions were designed to provide students with necessary skills to complete assignments for class. For new employees, training was provided to assist students with technical help while working in the computer labs around campus.
