Answer the telephones and take messages with strong customer service skills.Take and enter Work orders.Prioritize requests/problems as they come in – escalate to higher authority/contractors as needed.Use proper radio etiquette/liaison between Police and FM staff as needed.Keep calendars, schedule meetings.Make service calls for HVAC, elevator, pest control, etc.Assist Director in creating Controlling Board requests via the state website.Take minutes at weekly FM meetings.Coordinate work orders with building services 1st shift coordinator & 2nd lead custodian especially with last minute requests/changes.Work closely with food service for room set ups.Meet & greet customers, guest, and contractors.Create purchase requisitions (including many blanket/standing orders).Process monthly pm’s.Maintain Project List, assign numbers, and create folders as needed.Open and distribute mail.Process/distribute invoices.Change signage for new employees, new titles, or location changes
