I currently have over 24 years experience in the early Childhood Industry, acquiring all positions within this field. 2009 to current has seen me obtain a vast experience on Center management and Human Resource Management roles. During 2018, 2019 and 2020 I held volunteer positions in 2 of my local Junior Football clubs. these roles consisted of Junior Football Club Treasurer, Female football Director, Club events committee, fundraising committee and female football game day Coordinator. These roles attributed to my personnel development and growth in Business Management, stakeholder relationships, budgeting and future growth analysis. With the current enrollment into The Bachelor of Business, I am aspiring and driven to be given an opportunity to achieve my professional goal and become successful in the role of an Area or Operations Manager.
