Creating an open access Informatics Skills Framework, funded by the Health Foundation, for NHS data and information analysts in order to help increase the NHS's analytic capacity. Supporting the Information Analyst, Data Science, Heads of Information and Project Management Office communities in the North West NHS with community networking and learning opportunities. Promoting the Association of Professional Healthcare Analysts in the North West, contributing to modern competency frameworks for the data family and supporting the cause of NHS Project Futures professionalising the NHS project management workforce.

I was responsible for the regular contract reporting to NHS England for the Trust's specialist Medium and Low Secure Mental Health Units together with Perinatal community and inpatient services. I highlighted data quality and completeness issues with potential to impact on performance measures and provided issue -specific reports for analysis to service leads and NHS England.I led on the annual Mental Health Community Survey, liaising with the Caldicott Guardian and analysing results to identify areas of significant change meriting senior management action.

Responsible for the extraction, data quality, transmission and performance reporting for the Manchester Improving Access to Psychological Therapies service, supported community services transferring to new digital systems and produced a number of statutory and contractual reports. Additionally I advised consultants to maximise the accuracy and impact of their Clustering recording for the Payment by Results initiative.

Project managed the introduction of service changes and reporting to support the 18 week waiting time target for Allied Health Professionals, managed the production of performance reporting to GP commissioning organisations, completed all statutory reporting and led on the activity data production for reference costing.

Designed and implemented a reporting database for the newly commissioned Active Case Management community nursing team, redesigned complex administrative processes to convert community services to use a digital patient administration system. I supplied reporting services to local Nursing Homes engaged in a project to improve nutrition and hydration which won the Health Foundation's Shine Award in 2010.

Identified the information and IT requirements for the 4 separate services hosted by the new Walk In Centre located within Manchester Royal Infirmary's A&E department. I sourced the required hardware and software, trained end users and created the reporting regime to satisfy local real-time requirements and statutory reporting obligations.

I managed a team of three technical support analysts providing first and second line IT support, scheduling engineers to attend sites where issues could not be resolved remotely and rolling out email and office productivity software to regional offices.

I set up the service and support functions for a new e-learning company, product tested the learning and client registration software, coached the first group of learners on how to use their new tools and presented about the company and its e-learning products to potential new users and to the Institute of Management, who accredited the courses.

Project Manager for the bespoke enhancements to the Meridian public transport scheduling package. I also had a role as Technical Support Analyst providing second line support for network and SCO Unix server issues including managing critical incidents to their successful resolution. I was part of the project team installing network equipment throughout the UK and delivered server hardware and operating system upgrades for customers whose IT assets were in danger of failing due to the 'millennium bug'.

I managed the library of marketing materials for the UK sales force, ensuring provision of the latest and best for clients and conferences, issued technically validated quotations for enterprise-wide systems and controlled the local arrangements for the quarterly international corporate briefings including the management and configuration of satellite telecommunications equipment.
