I have undertaken several professional and management roles during my 20+ years in the healthcare industry. These include, Project Lead / Subject Matter Expert for the Scanned Health Records Project that was implemented across all WA SJGHC sites, Business Analyst for the webPAS Implementation Project at Midland Hospital and the CIS (Clinical Information System) Interface Project with WA Health.I specialised as the Business Analysist for WA Health's webPAS project and became their Training Lead. Previous to project work, I have managed Health Information Services within both the public and private sector.My skills developed include facilitation of business workshops, liaising with the key stakeholders, mapping of functional and conceptual processes, gathering and documenting business requirements, identifying gaps in products, problem solving, developing business cases for enhancements, providing training strategies and developing training materials, providing face to face training and coordinating a team of trainers, user testing and defect/enhancement management, coordinating and managing teams.
