I am a Chaplain’s Resident responsible for the spiritual care of patients and staff in an acute care setting. This includes patient and family visitation, spiritual assessment, a ministry of presence especially when patients are at end of life, and bereavement care. I also attend group sessions that include didactics sometimes with guest speakers and chapel services. I also lead in chapel. I write and present to my group reflections and verbatims. Member of Interdisciplinary team.

I was the only Training Specialist in the Accounts Receivable Department. I trained new hire Account Coordinators/Collectors and their Supervisor's. My greatest accomplishment in this role was taking approximately 536 Word files, Excel Files and paper documents, updating and organizing them into Word or PowerPoint documents. The result was comprehensive training materials which are all now available and easily accessed by anyone. They are great reference sources and now that I have been laid off anyone who comes behind me will have a great base line tool to use.
